We will discuss the book with questions and prompts as well as spend time together and pray for each other. Please let the church office know if this is something you'd be interested in doing so she can get a count of how many people are coming. Even if you can't make it every week you are still welcome to be part of the group.

 

We will begin by reading "The Return of the Prodigal Son by Henri Nouwen". The book explores the parable of the prodigal son, Rembrandt's painting and life, and Nouwen's work at L'Arche, a community for people with developmental disabilities. It's an easy read, with a lot to explore! We will break it into 5 chunks, each about 20 pages or three chapters.

 

In addition, a poem for each week will be emailed to you as a way to start off the discussion.
